Service Excellence Executive (insurance company)
Contract Duration: Till 1 September 2026
Location: CapitaGreen
Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:15pm (Mon-Fri)
Salary: Up to $5,500
Industry Experience:Not required (insurance background not mandatory)
Draft clear, empathetic, and professional customer apology letters, ensuring alignment with company values and service standards.
Support the management and resolution of customer complaints and feedback, ensuring timely and effective responses.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Claims, Telemarketers, Customer Service Teams, and Operations to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Assist the Service Excellence Manager in identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives to improve the customer journey.
Gather information and insights from internal teams to support complaint resolution and service enhancements.
Monitor and analyse trends in customer feedback and complaints to identify recurring issues and recommend solutions.
Contribute to regular reporting on customer service metrics and improvement initiatives.
Support other service excellence-related activities and projects as required.
