Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of chiller systems to ensure optimal performance and
- efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding chiller operations and maintenance.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and implement effective solutions.
- Educate clients on proper operation and maintenance practices to extend the lifespan of their
- chiller systems.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports outlining service activities, findings, and recommendations for future improvements.
- Execute commissioning processes for new chiller installations, ensuring systems are installed correctly and functioning as designed.
- Collaborate with agent, customer and contractors to verify system performance and compliance with specifications.
- Foster a collaborative working relationship with contractors, encouraging teamwork and shared problem-solving.
- Work closely with the contractor to share knowledge, improve processes, and enhance overall service delivery.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing service tasks to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct safety briefings and ensure all parties understand their responsibilities regarding safety.
- May involve working in various environmental conditions, including outdoor settings.
- Field-based role with travel to client sites.
- Available to respond to chiller breakdown calls during assigned standby shifts.
Requirements:
- Min Dip/ Deg in Electrical Engineering or relevant studies
- Exp in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues with HVAC / Chiller
