We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team in Singapore. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing repairs of probe cards in-house, with occasional on-site technical support and maintenance at customer location.

Responsibilities:

- Repair probe cards products in service centre

- Operate and maintain repair equipment

- Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues

- Document all service activities and maintain accurate records

- Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment when required

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Mechanical Engineering with minimum 2 years experience

- Diploma holders with minimum 8 years experience

- Hands-on experience in field service or equipment servicing preferably in the wafer test/semiconductor industry

- Requires stable hand skills and work with stereoscopes

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
