SERVICE ENGINEER

Key responsibilities:

1. Perform installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of Wilo pumps and related systems.

2. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance at customer sites.

3. Provide technical support and training to customers, dealers, and service partners.

4. Prepare service reports, documentation, and ensure compliance with Wilo's quality standards.

5. Assist in warranty claim evaluations and root cause analysis.

6. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer needs.

7. Ensure adherence to workplace safety and Singapore regulatory requirements.

8. Support continuous improvement initiatives in service processes.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.

2. At least 5 years of experience in service engineering, preferably in pumps, HVAC, or water systems.

3. Strong technical knowledge of rotating equipment and electrical systems.

4. Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

5. Excellent communication and customer service orientation.

6. Ability to work independently and travel within Singapore and occasionally overseas.

7. Familiarity with Singapore workplace safety standards and compliance.
