Inventory Control: Tracking the stock of spare parts (like specific iPhone or Samsung screens) and ordering new tools when needed.
Device Grading: Testing and certifying second-hand phones to ensure they are safe and functional for resale.
Customer & Safety Tasks
Clear Communication: Explaining technical repairs to customers in simple terms and providing cost estimates.
Safety Compliance: Ensuring all charging cables and equipment in the shop meet Singapore's Energy Market Authority (EMA) safety standards to prevent fires.
