Job Opening: Service Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical)

Location: Singapore

Industry: Temperature Control Systems (Swiss-made Products)

Travel Required when necessary: Malaysia & Southeast Asia

We are a well-established trading company based in Singapore, specializing in premium temperature control units from Switzerland. As part of our regional growth strategy, we are seeking a Service Engineer with both mechanical and electrical expertise to support our customers across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities:

. Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial temperature control units.

. Handle both mechanical and electrical aspects of the systems.

. Provide technical support on-site and remotely to clients across the region.

. Document service activities and prepare detailed reports.

Requirements:

. Nitec or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.

. Hands-on experience with industrial machinery or temperature control systems preferred.

. Strong knowledge of both mechanical and electrical systems.

. Possession of a valid Class 3 License is required.

. Willing to travel within Malaysia and other Southeast Asian countries if necessary.

. Independent, responsible, and proactive with strong communication skills.

. Singaporeans are preferred due to operational requirements.

. Preferable to communicate with English and Mandarin.
