Job Description

Service Engineer / Technician | Chiller / HVAC

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform servicing and maintenance of chillers and HVAC equipment.

  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performance.

  • Support chiller overhaul, troubleshooting, and start-up activities.

  • Liaise with customers to troubleshoot and resolve service issues.

  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and service activities.

  • Support service scheduling, job planning, and preparation of technical reports.

  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with required quality, safety, and EHS standards.

  • Perform other service-related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Certificate or Diploma in Engineering, Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration, HVAC, or a related discipline.

  • Relevant experience in chiller systems, HVAC, or air-conditioning equipment.

  • Basic knowledge of chiller troubleshooting, overhaul, maintenance, and start-up.

  • Good customer service and communication skills.

  • Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with customers, contractors, and vendors.
