- Handle installation, commissioning, relocation and servicing of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, with hands-on exposure to etch, clean or deposition systems at customer sites.
- Carry out preventive maintenance, equipment diagnostics and complex troubleshooting to identify root causes and restore system performance with minimal downtime.
- Work closely with customers and internal technical teams on equipment upgrades, engineering changes, process qualification and service-related issues.
- Maintain comprehensive service records and technical reports while ensuring equipment, tools and on-site activities meet required safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related Engineering discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing, preferably with etch, clean, deposition or other wafer-fabrication equipment.
- Strong hands-on experience in equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, installation and commissioning.
- Confident in customer-facing technical discussions with good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in semiconductor fab/cleanroom environments, including shift/standby duties.
