- Install, commission, and support semiconductor equipment at customer sites, including system setup, acceptance testing, upgrades, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment, process, and performance issues through effective troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and timely corrective actions.
- Provide technical training and guidance to customers on equipment operation, maintenance, and best practices while maintaining accurate service reports and documentation.
- Build strong customer relationships by delivering excellent technical support, identifying service improvement opportunities, and supporting spare parts, maintenance, and service revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Higher NITEC in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in servicing, maintaining, or supporting automated manufacturing, production, or semiconductor equipment.
- Computer literate with good troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Willing and able to travel overseas at short notice to support installation, commissioning, and field service activities.
