Service Engineer (Security Systems)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives to promptly resolve issues related to customers security systems.
• Deliver support and maintenance services, including routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, system upgrades, expansions, modifications, and user training.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term client relationships.
• Manage and renew maintenance contracts as needed.
• Ensure service quality by adhering to company standards and policies, providing timely and effective responses to all service requests within the region.
• Conduct daily troubleshooting and ensure timely resolution of all outstanding technical issues.
• Take ownership of service-related matters post-handover from the project team.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics, Computer, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in the security systems industry, particularly with access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems, is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware, networking, and databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
