Roles & Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
- Carry out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and major overhauls for road construction equipment (pavers & rollers).
- Provide on-site technical support, including testing, commissioning, and knowledge transfer to customers.
- Advise customers on equipment operation, servicing needs, and best practices.
- Inspect machines, identify required replacement parts, and coordinate with customers on parts needs.
- Prepare quotations for parts and labour and manage customer order follow-ups.
- Work with internal teams and clients to schedule repairs, servicing, and follow-up actions.
Requirements:
- Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics.
- Experience with heavy machinery or road-construction equipment is advantageous.
- Preferably familiar with electrical systems, PLC hardware/software, and able to read electrical schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and capable of working independently under pressure.
- Willing to travel occasionally within SEA.
