Main purpose of Role:
Installation, Commissioning, Testing and Servicing Huisman Equipment throughout their life cycle. Ensuring quality (effectively working fit-for-purpose equipment), delivering agreed services and meeting client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnoses the problem / reason for malfunctioning of equipment of clients or checks if service request is correct / sensible. Prepares, plans, and carries out technical intervention (repair, maintain, replace)
- Carrying out project-based commissioning and testing of installations and/or components in accordance with project requirements and in accordance with protocol and safety regulations.
- Ensuring smooth field service operations. Carrying out technical-logistics-administrative tasks with supportive nature. Documentation management, planning, communicating
- Performing (physically heavy) disassembly and assembly work. May be specialized in certain products or techniques. Carrying out all kinds of machining (drilling, sawing, welding) activities.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Associate degree in a relevant technical discipline (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent)
- Relevant hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, or field service engineering is preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently (internationally)
- Ability to work offshore or at client sites (if applicable)
- Comfortable working in physically demanding environments

English Professional working proficiency
Japanese Professional working proficiency (required to support Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders)
