Duties and Responsibilities:
- To provide timely and effective response and technical support to assigned projects
- To assist with onsite troubleshooting, maintenance & repair work, as well as installation and commissioning of machines and equipment
- Attend inspection works and make adequate explanation to customers for the technical issues
- To support the Supervisor and/or Project Leader at all aspects of the project
- To provide 24x7 standby technical support for after office customer requirements
Job Requirements:
- Diploma /Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
- Min 2 years marine experience preferred
- Knowledge & ability to overhaul/operate/control Marine diesel MAIN ENGINE type RT-flex or X-DF or RTA
- Able to work comfortably with Microsoft office packages, i.e. Excel, Word
- Good knowledge in marine diesel engine
- Be assertive, independent and proactive
- Able to multi-task
- Able to travel overseas within short notice
- Possess good interpersonal skills and excellent team spirit
- Possess class 3 driving license
Work Details:
- Working Hours: 8:30 - 17:50
- Work Days : 5 days per week (Mon-Fri)
- Salary : SGD 3,300 - 4,500 subject to experience
- Overtime is applicable for onboard attendance ( local and overseas assignment )
- Daily Allowance for Overseas Service Attendance : SGD 35 -SGD 100 subject to destination.
