Maintenance & Repairs Conduct routine inspections, diagnose technical glitches, and perform effective repairs to minimize downtime.
Technical Support Provide both on-site and remote assistance to address any issues. Liaise with engineering, sales, and support teams to resolve complex challenges.
Training Teach customer personnel how to operate and maintain their equipment efficientlyand create supporting documentation as necessary.
Documentation & Reporting Keep service logs, write up incident reports, and feed engineering teams with insights for product improvement.
Software & Warranty Tasks Deploy software updates, adjust system programming, manage warranty claims, and handle post-sales projects.
Qualifications & Skills
Education Preference for diplomas or bachelors degrees in Mechanical, Electrical, or similar engineering disciplines.
Experience Hands-on background in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systemspreferably with large-scale industrial or container-handling equipment. 35 years typical; higher for senior roles.
