Job Summary

Perform technical service tasks including equipment installation, troubleshooting, training, and customer support to ensure optimal operation and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Perform equipment service, troubleshooting, installation, de-installation, training, and final acceptance testing to ensure operational readiness
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries on technical and servicing matters to maintain high service standards
  • Coordinate with internal sales and administrative teams to gather and relay customer-required information efficiently
  • Create and revise processes to improve service quality and operational efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong technical relationships with customers to support ongoing service needs
  • Travel to regional customer sites to deliver on-site technical service and support
  • Apply technical problem-solving and data analysis skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
  • Collaborate effectively within the team and engage in proactive learning to enhance technical expertise
