Service Engineer - Lift Company

- Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.45am - 5.30pm
- Monthly Salary: Basic up to $4400 + Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)
- Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility
- Oversee daily service operations and maintenance activities to ensure smooth functionality and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor performance, reduce call‑backs, and resolve recurring issues through preventive and corrective measures.
- Respond to customer feedback and complaints with timely follow‑ups and site inspections to uphold service quality.
- Ensure all service activities comply with company safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Conduct cost analysis to track resource usage and align operational efficiency with business targets.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to identify opportunities for repairs, upgrades, and value‑added services.
- Lead and motivate service teams through coaching, performance reviews, and ongoing development.
- Build strong communication and working relationships with internal departments, clients, and external partners.
- Support ad hoc tasks and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational processes.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronic Engineering which is recognized by relevant authority
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the lift and escalator industry
- In-depth knowledge of lift and escalator systems, including their technology and maintenance procedures.
- Flexible and willing to travel to multiple customer locations as part of service operations.
- Possess own vehicle travel work site
- Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
