Service Engineer

. Report to the Service Manager based in Singapore for overall Technical and Service support in Singapore

. Installation of Hurco CNC Machining Centers and Lathes and ProCobots

. Perform on-site servicing and troubleshooting of Hurco CNC Controller, CNC Machining Centers, and Lathes

. Perform on-site inspection and preventive maintenance of CNC machines: including geometry checks and laser calibration

. Perform pre-shipment inspection of CNC machines at warehouse prior to shipment and delivery to overseas market.

. Guide customers on routine maintenance of machines based on Hurco best practices.

. Respond and attend to service call requests from customer

. Work closely with the Service and Application teams providing support to overseas customers and distributors
