Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in Singapore. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing repairs pf products, occasional on-site technical support and maintenance for our products. This role requires stable hand skills and work under stereoscopes and laser machines.
Responsibilities
- Repair products in service centre under stereoscopes
- Operate and maintain repair equipment
- Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues
- Document all service activities and maintain accurate records
- Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree with 2 or more years of experience
- Proven experience in a similar field service role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
