Service Engineer / Field Service Technician (Security System/AWS/Non-Shift)

Our esteemed client, a well-established security systems company specialising in electronic security and integrated security solution, is searching for Service Engineer / Field Service Technician (Multiple Headcounts):

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out scheduled and ad-hoc service and maintenance activities for security systems at client sites.
• Attend to troubleshooting and technical issues, ensuring systems are restored and functioning effectively.
• Work closely with client representatives to understand and resolve service and maintenance concerns.
• Support the Supervisor in coordinating service teams, allocating work assignments and ensuring responsibilities are clearly communicated.
• Assist in planning and coordinating daily service activities to ensure jobs are completed within the required timelines.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and manage day-to-day service expectations professionally.
• Provide technical support to the Supervisor in ensuring the timely completion of troubleshooting, repair and maintenance works.
• Develop a good understanding of each client's operations and requirements to deliver effective and customer-focused service.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements and relevant safety procedures.
• Maintain proper service records and documentation where required.
• Perform other technical and service-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in security systems, ELV or a related industry.
• Hands-on experience with security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, CCTV Systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated, responsible and committed to delivering quality service.
• Comfortable working at client premises and responding to service-related requirements.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 3,500 + Bonus + Allowances
• Working Location: Havelock
• Working Hours: 5 Days Work, Mon-Fri: 8am-6:30pm
