- Conduct inspections and audits on construction machinery across infrastructure project sites.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical or operational faults in heavy equipment, carrying out minor repairs and part replacements when required.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for major repairs or servicing of damaged machinery.
- Perform routine maintenance activities such as cleaning, lubrication, and scheduled servicing to ensure equipment reliability.
- Prepare audit findings and technical reports for management, and support equipment evaluation, vendor assessment, and improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in heavy equipment or machinery maintenance/management.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for construction equipment.
- Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate with site teams and external vendors.
- Solid understanding of equipment specifications, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
