Job Description:
- In charge of providing after-sale service and support with the highest standard of professionalism and efficiency to achieve total customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for performing installation, retrofit & upgrade, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair for electronics assembly and inspection equipment.
- In charge of diagnose technical problem, determine the solution and assist customer in implementing the fix.
- Responsible for conducting on-site evaluation for electronics assembly and inspection equipment at customer sites.
- Responsible in supporting sales in technical support and application of products.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic in Engineering
- Min 2 years of experience in Electronics and Semiconductor or Automation industry
