Support the achievement of service sales/solutions target
Identify and create new opportunities and work with sales / service leaders and account teams (where applicable) to continuously increase prospect and opportunity funnel
Conduct on-site installation and commissioning of automation equipment
Conduct training on operation, setup and maintenance of equipment at site
Provide after sales technical and support activities of equipment
Conduct product application testing for customers
Develop and build relationships with customers to achieve business objectives (solution provider)
Identify emerging markets and market shift while fully aware our product/ client and competition status
Update pipelines and status weekly to department
Job Requirements
Has experience in trouble-shooting electrical control
Will be able to travel overseas on short notice
Able to work independently, possesses initiative & able to work well in a team setting
Has good communication skills
Education & Experience
Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronics
Minimum 3 years experiences in SMT, Semiconductor or Automation Machine
