Key Responsibilities
Perform installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of machinery
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
Support equipment calibration and commissioning activities
Provide technical support to customers on-site
Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction
Work closely with internal teams and senior engineers
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering
Prior hands-on experience in servicing or troubleshooting industrial machinery
Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge preferred
Willingness to travel occasionally for regional assignments
Positive attitude with strong learning mindset
Able to work independently and as part of a team
