Job Description:
. Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site calls
. Recommend preventive measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to technical problems
. Assuage dissatisfied customers with prompt resolutions for any product or service issues
. Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments, testing and commissioning verify and prepare payment to sub-contractors
. Remain actively involved in the implementation of department strategies and initiatives such as service value-chain businesses
. Update Service information system and follow up with all necessary paperwork diligently, timely and accurately for smooth operation of the department
Job Requirements:
. Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
. Minimum 5 years of technical experience with knowledge in air-conditioning, chillers, ACMV or HVAC systems.
. Resourceful with good analytical and interpersonal skills
. Strong communication skills
. Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task
. Possess Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage
Working hours:
Mon to Fri, 8am to 5:30pm
