Job Scope
- Automation system installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Setup electronics controllers, PC, and install software.
- Perform on site machine buy-off as per agreed customer requirements
- Analyze equipment failures and identify root causes to effectively repair equipment failures.
- Able to analyze electrical/electronic circuit, read machine logfiles to identify root cause for the problem
- Able to repair electrical components, setup robot software, PC software.
- Establish a seamless interface between customers and company.
- Demonstrate high integrity and work independently with minimal supervision
- Spearhead customer issues and coordinate with internal departments and customer stakeholders to resolve them efficiently. Escalate to management if necessary
- Respond to phone support and onsite support requests in accordance with SLA
- Prepare and present accurate, detailed service reports in a timely manner.
Requirement
- Diploma in Electronics / Computer Engineering or related disciplines
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experiences in automation systems setup or service support
- Proficiency in installing software, configuration and setting up PCs and machines
