The Role
Our client is expanding and looking for a hands-on Service Engineer to support customers, partners, and internal teams across Southeast Asia. You'll provide on-site and remote technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with product demos and installations. This role reports to the Technical Service Manager and is ideal for someone who enjoys fieldwork and customer interaction.
- Provide technical support to sales teams, partners, and end-users.
- Troubleshoot pre- and post-sales technical issues and escalate when needed.
- Support installation, calibration, commissioning, and repairs.
- Conduct training for partners and customers on product usage.
- Maintain project documentation and assist with reports and training materials.
- Support exhibitions, events, and product demonstrations.
The requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
- 3-5 years experience in AV installation/repair or technical support.
- Hands-on experience with projector systems, tools, and software.
- Basic networking knowledge (IP configuration, VLANs, gateways).
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- CTS certification or JD Edwards/Oracle experience is a plus.
- Willing to travel within Southeast Asia and occasionally overseas.
