Service Engineer (Thermoplastic Welding Technology)
Looking for a Service Engineer who is passionate about thermoplastic welding technology. He/She will be responsible for supporting welding works, conducting client training, and introducing our welding solutions to customers. The ideal candidate is proactive, service-oriented, and thrives in a hands-on, client-facing role.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in thermoplastic welding works, including setup and operations.
- Introduce and demonstrate welding equipment and solutions to clients.
- Perform on-site visits, checks, and support when needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams for training schedules and client requirements.
- Ensure all welding demonstrations and training sessions meet safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Nitec/ Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering/ Technology field
- Strong interest in thermoplastics and welding technologies
- Hands-on, proactive, and willing to travel for site support
- Service-oriented mindset with a sense of responsibility and initiative
