Consultant / Senior Consultant (Service Design & Process Improvement)

We are looking for a motivated individual to join us in shaping seamless, user-centred digital learning experiences.
What youll do:
- Conduct user research to uncover needs, behaviours, and pain points.
- Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Map current journeys and design future-state blueprints for digital learning.
- Facilitate co-design workshops and translate insights into clear requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and change adoption strategies.
What were looking for:
- Experience in service design, process improvement, or related roles.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance user needs with operational and policy considerations.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of adult learning, digital learning platforms, or training admin is a plus.
