JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with clients to identify pain points, gaps, and solution opportunities.
  • Act as a Solution Consultant, advising clients on best practices in digital lending, credit lifecycle design, customer experience, and process optimization.
  • Develop solution proposals, conceptual architectures, and functional recommendations for clients.
  • Translate service design outputs into clear, actionable business requirements.
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations, CRIF product capabilities, and solution feasibility.
  • Stay updated with industry trends in FinTech, RegTech, credit risk, digital onboarding, and customer experience design.
  • Recommend enhancements to CRIF's service models, consulting frameworks, and design methodologies.
  • Create internal templates, tools, and frameworks to improve consulting efficiency.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in financial services, especially in areas like digital lending, onboarding, KYB/KYC, risk analysis, or credit lifecycle.
  • Ability to interpret and translate business processes, data flows, and system interactions into design artifacts.
  • Understanding of digital solutions and platforms including APIs, decision engines, scoring models, and workflow systems.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation, confident leading client sessions and workshops.
  • Strong visual thinking and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with regional teams in a matrix environment.
  • Client-facing consulting experience is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in preparing presentations, reports, and solution documentation.
  • 5+ years in service design, solution consulting, business design, or customer experience design.
  • Experience working with banks, fintechs, digital lenders, or credit bureaus.
  • Prior exposure to CRIF‑related domains (credit scoring, credit reporting, risk management, decisioning systems) is a strong advantage.
