Job Description

Job Summary

You will support project deployments and service requests by installing, configuring, testing, and troubleshooting infrastructure, network, and security solutions. You will collaborate with team members and customers to meet project goals and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in deploying, installing, configuring, testing, and troubleshooting infrastructure, network, and security solutions to meet project requirements
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals, meet deadlines, and fulfill service-level expectations
  • Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, implementation steps, and support activities for knowledge sharing and future reference
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with customers and stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates
  • Contribute to internal guides, SOPs, and project learnings to support team knowledge sharing
  • Meet individual performance targets (KPIs) and uphold high service quality standards
  • Execute technical tasks and service requests assigned by team leads or project managers, ensuring timely and quality delivery
  • Provide onsite and remote technical support to resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems appropriately
  • Stay current with new technologies, product features, and best practices relevant to assigned domains
  • Develop technical skills continuously through hands-on experience, training, and mentorship

Required competencies and certifications

  • NITEC or higher qualification in Information Technology or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an IT-related role, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Basic troubleshooting of software and application issues to support end users effectively
  • Familiarity with basic IT technologies and user support tools to assist in daily operations
  • Knowledge of basic networking, operating systems, and virtualization concepts to support infrastructure tasks
  • Strong communication skills to interact clearly with users and team members
  • Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
