Job Description & Requirements
. Check with Manager or Supervisor to discuss the day's specials, promotions, new items and any important updates.
. Coordinate with Kitchen staff to ensure communication is clear and efficient.
. Communicate issues (if any) or observations from the day to the manager or supervisor.
. Conduct a brief end-of-day meeting if needed to address any immediate concerns or feedback. Before leaving the premise, check all enclosed areas.
. Contribute to customer service over various platforms.
. Cultivate productivity and innovative mindset.
. Demonstrate the service vision.
. Always pay close attention to customers and respond to them immediately.
. Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
. Implement operations for service excellence.
. Interact with and serve food and beverage guests.
. Maintain food and beverage production and service environment.
. Prepare for service (mise en place).
. Process payments.
. Project a positive and professional image.
. Provide counter/take-away service.
. Respond to service challenges.
. Solve problems and make decisions at operations level.
. Use essential features of a computer.
. Use primary functions and applications of a tablet compute
. Greet customers upon arrival
. Answer any questions the customers might have
. Take orders with accuracy
. Repeat orders to customers to ensure they are correct
. Check with customers to ensure their overall satisfaction
. Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized dining room and service area
. Complete all side work at end of shift
. Comply with all health and food safety regulations at all times
Job Requirements:
Previous experience in F&B preferred (but not mandatory)
Good communication and teamwork skills
Able to work weekends, public holidays, and shift hours
Positive attitude, well-groomed, and customer-oriented
