Job Description

  • Provide excellent customer service, take orders, and handle payments.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards.
  • Keep outlet clean, organized, and hygienic at all times.
  • Assist with opening, closing, stock replenishment, and daily operations.
  • Work closely with team members and follow management instructions.

  1. Relevant experience in F&B or customer service preferred.
  2. Positive attitude with good communication skills.
  3. Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.
  4. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Responsible, punctual, and a team player.
  6. Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays (5-days work week)
