Role:
The candidate will be part of a team providing service to children at an amusement centre. The candidate will oversee and participate educational and entertainment activities with the children visiting the centre. The role has a flexible schedule. He/she should be young at energetic, cheerful, young at heart and mature.
Responsibilities:
- operate the designated establishments assigned
- take care and supervise the children visiting the centre
- assist, guide and perform Role Play by introducing children to adult-style jobs at the centre
- ensure that learning is fun and exciting activity
- provide high level standard of customer service to all customers
- ensure to comply to the organisation's Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and other safety guidelines
- attend the trainings necessary for your role in the centre
- reports to your immediate Team Leader regarding status of centre, maintenance requirements and safety measures
- prepare and perform daily opening and closing of the centre
- conduct daily cleaning of all areas in the centre
- interact with children in different activities and role playing requires.
Qualification/Skills Required:
- Good at handling inquiries and managing queues while maintaining a cheerful and customer-focused attitude
- Able to adhere to strict safety protocols for an engaging family and children experience Good experience in engaging with children customer and children customer activity participation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with ability to independently manage and prioritize own workload under tight timelines
