Job Summary: We are looking for energetic and dependable Service Crew members to join our team. As the face of our restaurant, you will ensure our guests have a seamless dining experience by providing warm, efficient service from the moment they walk through our doors.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly to create a welcoming atmosphere and manage reservations and waitlists efficiently during peak hours
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and offer informed menu recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction
- Deliver food and drinks promptly to tables and clear and sanitize tables quickly to prepare for the next guests
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including light cleaning and restocking supplies to maintain smooth daily operations
- Handle guest feedback professionally and coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure order accuracy and resolve issues promptly
Required competencies and certifications
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (WSQ) is highly preferred
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Previous experience in food and beverage service is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills to interact clearly with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift rotations
