Our Client, an established food business with 30 years of history in Singapore, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Service Crew.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Restaurant Operation

• Prepare work of Hall opening and closing operation hours

• Help customers to settle down and advise on ordering system

• Serve food to customers in an effective and polite manner

• Answering customer's queries regarding services, menus, offers or any other product related enquiries

• Clean tables after customers have left and clearing empty/unwanted dishes

• Assist kitchen staff whenever required

• Check & record fridge temperature

• Welcome and bid farewell to customers as they enter/ leave the restaurant

Retail

• Packing and labelling of products

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of shelves

• Organize & replacement of products on shelves

• Check and report on products expiry date

• Ad-hoc assigned by Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good communication and team work skills.

• Maintain quality, excellent service & cleanliness at all times

• Report any incident/accident, customer complaints or feedback to superior.

• Have good knowledge on Company's products.

• Good personal hygiene practice

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location: Multiple locations

• Working Days/Hours: 5.5 days

• Salary: $2,700 + bonus + OT (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
