Service Crew

Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service to guests in the night club

• Assist with daily club operations, including opening and closing duties

• Ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for customers

• Serve beverages and/or assist with table service according to company standards

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a polite and professional manner

• Support promotional activities, events, and special functions held at the club

• Comply with all company policies, safety procedures, and house rules

• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations during service hours

• Follow instructions from supervisors and management

• Adhere to local laws and regulations, including those related to workplace safety

Requirements

• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Relevant experience in nightlife, hospitality, or entertainment is an advantage but not mandatory

• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods

• Responsible, punctual, and well-groomed
