Job Role Description
The Service Crew to be responsible for day-to-day front-of-house operations of the assigned restaurant. He/she ensures smooth dining experiences for customers by delivering excellent service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene, and supporting the outlets sales and service targets.

- Work closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure smooth oordination of service
- Maintain smooth operations & standard of work.
- Ensure excellent customer service experience to customer.
- Upsell food/wines to customers and cross sell related products.
- Placing the needs and preferences of customers, provide personalized assistance and build strong customer relationships.
- Inform & promote in-house promotions, members program and upcoming events to customer.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, presentation.
- Ensure orders accurately and deliver food/beverages promptly and enquiries are handled quickly and effectively in a helpful and friendly manner.
- Provide attentive service, anticipate customer needs, and personalize dining experiences.
- Ensuring compliance with Food & Health Safety Regulations.
- Provide a clean, comfortable and convenient dining/shopping experience.
- Ensure food hygiene & workplace safety guidelines are strictly followed.
- Attention to detail and accuracy to ensure smooth efficient checkout process.
- Any other operational duties assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Prior experience in wine sales is preferred or experience in F&B and/or wine bar.
- Passion in wines
- Food & hygiene certificate will be an added advantage.
- Well organized and good team player
