Service Crew

Monthly Salary: UP to $2400 (Negotiable)

Working Address: Multiple Locations

Working Hours: 8 Hours Shift

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintain bar and service operation standards in accordance with company guidelines

• Prepare and serve beverages according to established quality standards

• Recognise regular customers preferences and communicate them to the Restaurant Managers to enhance guest experience

• Provide menu recommendations, respond to customer enquiries, and share relevant information on menu offerings

• Escalate customer feedback or complaints to the Managers promptly

• Maintain cleanliness standards, including the upkeep of furnishings, equipment, and proper setup of the restaurant and related service areas

• Coordinate with the bartender and service team to support smooth bar operations

• Ensure bar areas are kept clean, organised, and properly prepared for service

• Maintain the quality and consistency of drinks served in accordance with company standards

• Carry out any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualification and Requirements:

• No prior experience required training will be provided
