This role entails providing support to the floor team to deliver guests and members a wonderful dining experience.
KEY OBJECTIVES & DELIVERABLES
. Setting up the floor during opening and closing procedures
. Guiding and training part time staff in their duties and responsibilities as floor commis
. Maintaining the condiment stations
. Maintaining the MEP polishing stations
. Setting up the kitchen pass and manning the food running shifts
. Setting up each service station with the necessary cutleries/glassware that it needs to run the operation and continually replenishing side stations
. Delivering food and drinks to tables
. Supporting the captains with station maintenance, clearing and resetting tables and mise en place for service
. Supporting reservations with seating shifts
. Managing laundry inventory and check in/out of deliveries for service
. Follow club's policies, procedures and service standards
