Job Summary
You will deliver attentive customer service by accurately taking orders, handling cashier duties, serving food and beverages promptly, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area while supporting food preparation and following service standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests to provide attentive and friendly customer service that enhances their dining experience
- Accurately take customer orders and process payments efficiently via POS system
- Serve food and beverages promptly to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area by regularly cleaning tables, floors, and service stations
- Assist in basic food preparation tasks to support kitchen operations when needed
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to uphold consistent service quality and safety standards
- Adapt to rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet operational needs
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and cooperative team attitude
