Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Support daily restaurant operations by coordinating front-of-house activities to ensure smooth service flow
- Operate cashier systems accurately to process customer payments efficiently
- Take customer orders attentively and serve food and beverages promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
- Clear and reset tables quickly to maintain a welcoming dining environment
- Stock and organize bar and service stations to ensure availability of supplies during service
- Learn and communicate menu details confidently to assist guests with inquiries and recommendations
- Welcome guests warmly and respond to their needs to create an enjoyable dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant to uphold service quality
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a Japanese fine dining restaurant
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized, reliable, and able to maintain cleanliness consistently
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
- Availability to work a 6-day week including weekends and public holidays
