Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to members and guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Recommend and promote menu items confidently with good product knowledge.
- Assist with daily operations, including opening, closing, and floor service duties.
- Handle orders and payments accurately, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Support teamwork and uphold service standards, ensuring a clean and well-organized environment.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of F&B service experience (club, restaurant, or hotel preferred).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a positive service attitude.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
