Job Descriptions

Provide high-quality customerservice to ensure a positive customer experience.

Operate cashiering functions andhandle transactions using the POS system.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene,and overall store presentation standards.

Serve food and beverages tocustomers and prepare drinks according to company standards.

Engage proactively with customersto build rapport and encourage customer loyalty.

Promote and upsell menu items,promotions, and special offers.

Perform area cleaning duties and ensure workstations remain clean and organized.
