Job Summary
Join Lady M Singapore as a Full-Time Service Crew (with Barista Skill Set) at our new IOI Central Boulevard Towers outlet. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced café environment while delivering exceptional guest experiences and quality beverages.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers warmly to create a welcoming dining experience
- Accurately take customer orders and process payments efficiently
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, tea, and café drinks according to company standards
- Perform basic latte art and ensure beverage consistency and presentation quality
- Professionally serve cakes, beverages, and café items while maintaining brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the outlet throughout shifts
- Assist with daily outlet operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Support opening and closing duties to prepare and secure the outlet
- Replenish stocks and support inventory arrangement when required
Required Competencies and Certifications
- Valid Food Safety and Hygiene Certification
- Basic barista knowledge and ability to operate coffee machines preferred
- Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Preferred Competencies and Qualifications
- Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Prior experience in café, coffee, or food & beverage service is advantageous
- Willingness to undergo training if lacking prior experience
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
