Self-collection Service Crew / Cashier (Self-service Concept)
Most orders will be done through online QR code self-ordering. The role will primarily be helping customers and passing food to them at the collection counter.
No prior experience needed. Full time and part time roles available.
Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers
- Show customers how to complete QR Code Ordering. Most orders will be done via QR self-ordering.
- Handle POS (sales terminal), Food Delivery devices and all cashier transactions (where necessary)
- Prepare and pack orders, buzz for customers and pass prepared food at collection counter.
- Basic food/drink preparation.
- Assist and support with stock replenishment
- Coordination with Kitchen Team
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Adhere to SOPs/recipe guidelines
- Assist where necessary, as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
- No prior experience needed, training will be provided
- Salary will be based on experience
- Familiarity with using iPads, food delivery devices and phones
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
