About the Role
Join our fun and lively karaoke team! We're looking for a hands-on Service Crew Captain to lead and guide our team in delivering great service at our karaoke. You'll be the go-to person for daily operations, ensuring smooth service flow and happy guests.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and support service crew during shifts
- Ensure guests are well taken care of from check-in to check-out
- Assist with food & beverage orders and service when needed
- Train new crew members and maintain service standards
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues quickly
- Oversee cleanliness, stock levels, and room readiness
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in F&B/service industry (supervisory experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
- Able to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
