Job Description for Service Crew

1. Customer Service
- Greet and welcome customers warmly.
- Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer requests or concerns in a polite and prompt manner.

2. Order Handling
- Operate the POS system for order taking and billing.
- Ensure food and beverages are served correctly and on time.
- Assist with packing takeout or delivery orders when needed.

3. Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counters and service stations.
- Clear and sanitize tables promptly after guests leave.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

4. Team Support
- Work closely with kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Refill condiments, utensils and service supplies as needed.
- Assist in opening, closing and daily setup tasks.

5. Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by Outlet Manager.
