Job Description

We are seeking a selfmotivated and detailoriented Service Coordinator to support the LTS Department for the WASIA Southeast Asia market. This role plays a key part in service coordination, commercial administration, and reporting activities, working closely within internal LTS teams, regional agents, and management to support service excellence and achieve company objectives.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and demonstrates a positive cando attitude while supporting the department in the best interests of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the LTS department head in service coordination and administrative activities.
  • Prepare service quotations (standard and nonstandard), service contracts and maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal LTS teams and regional agents to support service delivery and improve departmental KPIs.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain service analysis reports and documentation for Management and HQ.
  • Arrange business travel for service engineers across Southeast Asia and ensure timely processing of travel expense reimbursements.
  • Follow up with the Accounting Department on service payment reminders.
  • Support annual audit activities, budget documentation, and HQ reporting requirements related to LTS.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, properly maintained and compliant with company policies.
  • Assist LTS office and field teams, Finance, Sales Management, and regional stakeholders as required.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by management when necessary.

Requirements &Qualifications

. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

. 2-5 years of experience in service coordination, technical administration, operations support, or
similar role within the machinery, industrial, or technical services industry.

. Familiar with ERP and/or CRM systems.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

. Good communication and coordination skills technical understanding is an advantage.

. Strong organizational, administrative, and documentation skills.

. Proactive team player with a positive and responsible cando attitude.
