To serve as the primary customer interface, driving service revenue through effective communication and operational coordination for our Material Handling segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Growth: Promote new service options and marketing packages to increase profitability and revenue.
- Customer Engagement: Attend to customer enquiries, provide service advice, and recommend suitable service and repair to achieve satisfaction and sales targets.
- Workflow Management: Manage daily operations through the creation and distribution of job cards, prepare service and repair quotations, and follow up on approvals.
- Operational Efficiency: Coordinate with the technical team to resolve issues promptly, ensure proper documentation of service records and reports. Support invoicing and ensure accuracy of billing
- Standards & Safety: Maintain 5S housekeeping practices and follow revised SOPs to ensure safety and workshop efficiency.
- Inter-departmental Coordination: Work closely with other departments to support all sales, rental, and operational activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Candidate must possess at least a NITEC in Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar operations role in the automobile or Forklift industry
- Solid understanding of how the workshop operates.
- MS Office Application (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Interpersonal Communication
- Able to work on alternate Saturdays
