- Working hour: 5.25 days 8.30am -6.30pm, Alternate Sat - 8.30am - 12.30pm.

Responsibilities
- Assist customer to file accident report & advise on appropriate claim option available eg: TP or OD.
- Provide clear estimation for insurance claims.
- Follow up on claim authorisation standard.
- Liaise with insurance company for motor claims.
- Monitor job progress and update customers on repair status.
- Follow up with part executive on parts availability.
- Close and invoice job once repair is done.
Requirements
- Minimum NTC2 in MVM/Automotive Technology
- Good knowledge of car components, estimation system, Autoline.
- Knowledge in Motor Claim Framework.
- With body and paint knowledge and insurance claim experience for accident claims
